**About the Team**
As a HR Operations Administrator the main purpose of this role is to deliver timely, accurate and robust information and transactions to the HR function, managers and employees to support the delivery of Thales UK’s business and HR strategy. You will be working closely with the HR Operations Team Leaders and the HR Operations Administrators.
**Our Opportunity**
We have an impactful and exciting opportunity for a HR Operations Administrator for Thales UK. The role requires someone with a confident, organized, professional background across HR Operations, who can help support the business as it evolves.
We are looking for a talented individual who can provide consistent, effective and value-adding service to employees, managers and HR for the full range of HR transactional and administrative support from the HR Shared Service Centre. You will be leading on most complicated cases such as large scale DSAR and complex mail merges such as annual pay review.
The Successful individual will ensure that HR processes are managed appropriately and effectively to minimise business impact.
**About You**
You will multi-task and prioritise without the requirement for regular direct supervision. You’ll have the talent to establish, meet deadlines and to remain calm and resilient under pressure.
As a HR Operations Administrator you will be skilled in communication and take a calm, logical approach when reacting to the challenges we face, have a keen eye for details and advanced organisational skills. Being able to organise and plan your own time with flexibility and capability to prioritise multiple activities quickly will be a key requirement of this role.
With experience working in a HR Shared Services environment, your extensive experience should have some involvement working against defined case metrics and SLA principles. Having wider HR experience, supporting HRBPs or equivalent with successful experience of HR case management or delivery of specific HR projects will be an advantage for this role.
