**Role Overview**:
**Thirteen Group** are looking for a **Tenancy Support Coordinator (Future Steps) **to join our team to cover a **Maternity Leave for 9 months**, on a full-time basis. Funded by Achieving Real Change in Communities (ARCC), the service enables individuals to overcome any barriers which may prevent them from maintaining their accommodation and provide intensive, personalised support to help prevent re-offending.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You’ll provide holistic support to enable individuals to live long-term, stable and settled lives by helping them to find and maintain the right accommodation and access to specialist advice when needed.
- Assisting individuals with tasks such as budgeting, accessing services online, managing tenancies and acquiring household essentials.
- By building individuals’ independence, you’ll have a pivotal role in securing positive outcomes to rebuild customers’ lives, giving them a greater sense of belonging when they settle back into society.
- You’ll manage a caseload of varying complexities and possess the confidence and ability to deliver 1-1 support as well as working collaboratively with a range of partners across different sectors.

**About You**:

- We’re looking for someone who adopts a holistic approach when working with clients, to promote positive and sustained change.
- Previous experience of working within a criminal justice setting would be advantageous, although this is not an essential requirement of the role as the ability to work with complex individuals is overarching.
- Full UK driving license and an ability to travel round the region in your own vehicle.
