**Role Overview**:
**Thirteen Group** is on the lookout for **a Claims and Insurance Co-ordinator** to**join our Assurance and Compliance team.
As the backbone of our claims management arrangements, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us. You’ll be the key contact for disrepair claims and insurance queries, as well as helping to drive continuous improvement of our claims management and insurance service.
This is a hybrid role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one to two days a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- As the main contact for insurance and disrepair claims, you’ll co-ordinate the full process, in line with established procedures and processes.
- Working as part of a small Assurance team of four, you’ll ensure claims are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Provide specialist advice on claims management processes and requirements and deliver training sessions.
- As an ambassador for Thirteen, you’ll co-ordinate and develop great relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- Collate and maintain claims data to support insurance renewals and reporting.
**About You**:
- Someone who can work methodically, both on an independent and collaborative basis, to meet deadlines and schedules.
- Experience of participating in projects with a variety of stakeholders.
- Fantastic communication and negotiation skills to handle sensitive situations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and identify process improvements.
