**Job Purpose**

To co-ordinate imports/exports with the Logistics Department including the loading and offloading of raw material, chemical and co-product tankers.

Operation or the site weighbridge.

To perform the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of materials from/to the warehouse.

To provide a support service for the Process Team.

**Principal Accountabilities**

Compliance with QA, HS&E Management Systems.

Warehouse movements (in/out) using both counter balance and side reach fork lift trucks.

Stock control/inventory of materials.

Main point of contact for tanker loading/off-loading.

Co-ordinate Site Waste Management

Process operations support.

Maintenance team support.

Other duties deemed necessary.

**Qualifications and Experience**

Physically fit and active

Experience on a chemical or industrial site preferable.

Training will be provided for specific duties as required.

**Accountability details**

**Tanker loading/off-loading.**

You will be the day shift main point of contact for the loading/offloading of raw materials, chemicals and co-products.

Sampling of feed oil tanker prior to discharge including some basic lab analysis.

**Warehouse movements (in/out).**

Ensure all materials brought to and from the Warehouse are located in its own dedicated area and white boards are kept up-to-date to reflect the items stored.

Export of dry product via folk lift truck operations.

Complete the daily stock keeping checks.

Complete the FLT daily check logs and report all faults to the Maintenance Manager.

Check Spill Kits weekly and replenish when required, ensure they contain the required materials as per the Spill Kit Inventory.

**Co-ordinate site waste management**

You will monitor all site waste containers and when full, contact the required company/personnel to arrange disposal:

Basic site and process plant operations support including housekeeping duties.
