**SHEQ Co-ordinator | Middlesborough | Full Time | Salary Competitive depending on skills and experience**

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate commitment to their values and business goals as well as being flexible, innovative and team-focused.

You will be supporting the SHEQ Manager in the management & controls of the business management systems and industry standards through best practice whilst maintaining certification & compliance in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.

**Are you the right person for us?**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a SHEQ role or in a similar capacity
- NEBOSH (preferred)
- ISO 9001/14001/45001 experience
- Conducting internal/external audits
- Conducting risk assessments
- Excellent attention to detail
- Accurate and professional written skills
- Microsoft Office skills including competency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
- Excellent organisational/communication skills & a professional attitude
- Encourages an environment where continuous improvement is paramount
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Self-motivated and keen to learn

**What will your role as a SHEQ Co-ordinator look like?**
- Provide administrative support to the SHEQ Manager
- Managing & maintaining the company’s SHEQ controls and policies in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standardisation requirements
- Undertaking internal SHEQ audits
- Review & draft Company Risk Assessments, Procedures, Policies & Processes
- Provide updates to senior managers around SHEQ issues
- Identify trends in relation to business behaviours and practices
- Ensure appropriate standards/procedures are followed
- Review and assess ISO audit reports and oversee corrective actions with SHEQ Manager
- Assist in customer complaint investigations & corrective actions
- Maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing
