**Opportunity for somebody with predominantly 2nd line experience to move into a 3rd line support role.**

I'm looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer to join one of my global clients in their central London office (2-3 days per week remote working).

The role will involve a mixture of BAU Support and project work to work on a Hardware refresh program. You would be providing expert support to around 1000 users globally and working on crucial upgrade and implementation projects.

As an experienced Support Engineer you will be driving and assisting the internal team through problem resolution. You will have a flare for problem solving & possess high level technical problem-solving skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with strong 2nd line experience to transition into a more senior, 3rd line role. This role is also an excellent opportunity for you to gain or expand on existing Cloud experience with Azure (previous experiencenot essential).
