**HR Generalist / People Advisor**
**£30,000-£35,000 DOE (9-12 Month FTC)**
**The Company**
Our client is a market leading contact hub, helping both Private and Public Sector entities reach out to existing customers. With a management team which boasts over 100 years of industry experience and an office setting in a prestigious Listed building, this is a great opportunity for a resilient HR Advisor to make a real impact in the future of the business.
**The Role**
To support the HR Manager and the Operational Management Team with day-to-day HR workflows and ensuring that matters are attended to proactively and with the fairest and best outcomes for all parties.
- Leading with ER case work and supporting Management Team.
- Offering guidance to Managers on absence management and analysing trends.
- Supporting with HR project work.
- Monitor the management of employee files and continued implementation of a HR Software.
- Supporting with all areas of the onboarding cycle for new starters.
- Support in relaunching and implementing company policies and process
- Plan and organize employee engagement and wellness initiatives and events
- Oversee our People systems (HRIS, Learning and Performance management platforms), ensuring data is updated, reports are collated and acting as the point of contact internally for any People system queries
- Experienced HR professional with hands on experience at a SME
- Resilience, open minded and an optimistic demeanor
- CIPD Level 3
- 2 Years at HR Advisor / HR Consultant Level / Employee Relations/ Onboarding
- Good IT and data analysis skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams
