HR Co-ordinator

Based in Richmond, SW London office 3 days per week

**Role Purpose**:
Work with the Senior Global HR Director to ensure a consistent, highly professional, accurate and diligent HR Service to the business.

Support the HR Director on projects across the global business to include but not limited to, engagement, wellbeing, benchmarking, organisational development, and succession planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR**
- Responsible for ensuring that all data is added to the Bamboo HR Portal in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all Sole Traders and Contractors comply with IR35 including running CEST reports and issuing contractual agreements
- Manage and oversee the onboarding and off boarding processes
- Preparation of contracts and change of terms and conditions letters
- Ensure new starters have the appropriate right to work documentation prior to employment
- Manage the probation process
- Oversee maternity/paternity/shared parental leave process

**Bamboo HRIS**
- Responsible for monthly housekeeping review of all global data and correcting it where necessary with the local office
- Using the Bamboo HRIS to ensure data is added in a timely manner - including terminations, changes, and additions etc - this may later include some of the other territories that do not have a HR presence

**Payroll**
- Maintain the payroll changes each month and ensure with support that they are 100% accurate
- Ensure all commissions and contributions are entered into payroll report
- Key in payroll changes into the ADP system and arrange for the monthly payroll meetings with Payroll Contractor, HR Director, and Finance

**Benefits**
- Work with the benefits company to ensure people are enrolled on the relevant benefits as requested and all leavers are removed in a timely manner

**Projects
- Work with the HR Director on projects as and when required
- Undertake any additional reasonable duties as requested by line manager and support the wider Group Partnering Services as required

**Qualifications Required**:

- Minimum CIPD Level 5
- Relevant working experience in a HR function preferably in an SME
- Bamboo HRIS current working knowledge is essential
- Payroll and ADP is a distinct advantage
