JOB TITLE: HR & Recruitment Executive
LOCATION: Richmond
SALARY: £30,000.00
OPPORTUNITY: Permanent Role
HOURS: 40 Hours per week

The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:
- Design, develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Create employment contracts and distribution onboarding packs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard to become fully integrated
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

- Minimum CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management or other relevant equivalent field or qualification (or working towards)
- Working in partnership with operational managers.
- Relationship management, especially at managerial and stakeholder levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening
- Good understanding of employment law (recruitment legislation)
- People management skills at all levels.
- An attention to detail; maintaining and enhancing our high standards of delivery, quality and accuracy
- Sound judgement
- Strong organisational skills and time management with experience of working to tight deadlines.
- Employee Benefits Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Ability to organise skills assessment centre's (work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)
- Experience with sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs
- Good team worker, reliable and able to establish a high degree of trust, rapport and cooperation with internal and external customers and clients
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined
