The purpose of this role is to work within the HR team ensuring seamless HR support and guidance is provided to the whole UK business.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the HR Manager in Richmond upon Thames will be:

- Focusing on the strategic growth and development in the business
- 40%/50% of the role will be recruitment focused and the other operational running.
- Off boarding incl exit interviews and IT processes
- Resource planning
- Update and recruit via LinkedIn and company website
- Holding and running inductions
- Running HR meetings and updates
- Ensure policies and contracts in line with legal requirements
- Work with Head of HR to provide supporting in the following areas; performance management, absence management, flexible working, family friendly policies
- Coach staff and managers through process
- Offer technical support where needed
- Reports from HR systems as and when required
- Promoting Corporate Social Responsibility in the business
- Ad hoc duties/projects where required
- Liaise with teams to ensure they are kept up to date with group events/initiatives and take part where relevant
- Provide cover for Head of HR when on annual leave
- Assist with new HR supplier reviews
- Suggest process improvements to ensure HR plans remain appropriate
- Ensure commitment to equality and diversity within the workplace

**Profile**

The successful HR Manager in Richmond upon Thames will have:

- An industry background in Financial services (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Project experience
- Internal development of talent
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service ethic
- Uses discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good time management
- Ability to work independently with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Proactive team player
- Presentable/professional attitude
