**Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Support the sales team in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. Assist with lead generation and outreach efforts, researching potential partners, markets, and sales channels.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and understanding their needs. Manage ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded while identifying areas for growth.
- **Sales Presentations**: Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to prospective and existing clients, showcasing how our services can drive their business forward.
- **Campaign and Field Sales Support**: Help execute sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Contribute creative ideas to optimize performance and engage directly with clients in field sales.
- **Team Leadership & Collaboration**: Mentor newer interns and foster a collaborative work environment. Drive internal projects and contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Act as a brand ambassador for The Clout Group, promoting our values and mission in client interactions and public-facing materials.
- **Administrative & Operational Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, organizing meetings, maintaining databases, tracking KPIs, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing and sales tools.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience or internships in sales or marketing are a plus.

Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Additional pay:
