**Summary**

Job Title - Head of Marketing (and Sales)

Hours - Full time (40 hours per week)

**The Company**

Power-Sprays Ltd is a well-established, leading manufacturer of specialist equipment for the Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC) industry. The product range encompasses automated high output batch mixing systems through to specialist hand tools and spray heads. Its subsidiary, Fibre Technologies International is the leading independent supplier of specialist materials including High Zirconia Alkali resistant glass fibres, polymers, admixtures, high performance premixes etc.

In 2021/22 the group turnover exceeded £10m.

Power-Sprays and Fibre Technologies International GRC production technologies are used by customers in over 100 countries.

**Description**

We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional, with a proven track record in creating innovative marketing strategies, with a particular focus on international markets. You will need an excellent knowledge of promotion via digital media.

**Responsibilities Include**
- Managing and continuing to develop the brand strategies for Power-Sprays and Fibre Technologies International.
- Develop and manage a global marketing strategy across all outlets, including social media, websites, events and exhibitions.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns to increase our social media audience and engagement.
- Develop and maintain regular reporting, using all tools/analytics available.
- Engage in strategic trips within UK and abroad, to meet customers, participate in exhibitions etc.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring all activity is monitored and that costs are controlled and justified.
- Grow sales of existing products and develop campaigns to promote and grow sales of new products.
- Manage international distributors and agents. Establish targets and KPI’s. Establish new agents and distributors as necessary to service customers and grow sales.
- Oversee/manage training courses for GRC at our new Training Centre
- Generating sales and marketing reports for both internal and external purposes.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing/sales roles.
- Expertise in brand management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sectors.
- Events management experience.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Creativity and the ability to explore new ideas to increase our brand awareness and help grow the business.
- Excellent presentation skills.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
