This is a brand new role for our good friends that we have worked with for a number of years, they are looking to make an exciting new hire

They're a truly wonderful bunch of humans and a very successful South West based SaaS business who support the health sector and are currently at a very exciting stage of growth.

The role and the fun:
The business is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Director / Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Growth Officer (open to job title) to oversee all sales and marketing and activities, accelerate the growth of its customer base (especially with larger customers)and build its brand.

This is a big role
- you'd be joining as part of the senior leadership team and overseeing roughly a team of 10 people. This is a hands off role, and you will not be expected to be closing business yourself, so you need to be comfortable with being 'off thetools' whilst still being willing to roll your sleeves up and help your team get things done as well as possible.

As Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for building and developing their sales strategy, using both internal and external resource. Alongside this, you'll be overseeing the creation of marketing materials, helping to maintain a consistent brandidentity, and ensuring this communicated across all channels. You'll also be managing, coaching and developing the sales and marketing teams, and completing regular competitor and market analysis, to identify new opportunities and markets.

Experience you'll need:

- Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS Sales (this role is weighed more towards sales than marketing, so decent sales experience is essential)
- A proven track record in implementing and improving sales and marketing processes
- A natural leader with outstanding communication skills, and an approachable personality
- An ability to manage, develop and implement strategies and plans using a range of sales and marketing processes
- Experience in a startup/smaller company would be ideal
- Zero ego, with high integrity and empathy
- Experience in Healthcare/Healthcare tech would be a bonus
