**Summary**

Sanderson is an ambitious, growing, founder owned business that provides a variety of recruitment solutions, both in the UK, and internationally. You will be joining us at an interesting time as we look to continue to deliver great service to new and existingcustomers, launch innovative products in the market and expand our global footprint.

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and expansion, and generate revenue.

**Your role will include**:

- Building relationships with sales leaders across the group and creating a marketing strategy to address their diverse needs.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marketing team.
- Championing the adoption of a group wide CRM system to act as the focal point for campaigns, supporting effective cross selling as well as new client acquisition.
- Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Managing the production of thought leadership content.

**We would like to speak to you if you have**:

- Previous experience of leading a marketing team in a content led B2B environment.
- Experience of leading high performing teams, coaching and developing team members.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, the ability to anticipate the needs of sales teams.
- Strong project management, time management, and execution skills.
- A creative spark and the curiosity to identify opportunities to improve outcomes for colleagues and clients.
