**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Build Marketing From Scratch**: Establish and implement a complete marketing function, setting up systems, processes, and campaigns to build the Jefferis Engineering brand and generate leads.
- **HubSpot Expertise**: Set up, manage, and optimise HubSpot CRM and marketing tools to drive lead generation, marketing automation, and customer engagement.
- **SEO**: Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- **Social Media Management**: Build and maintain a strong presence on relevant social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- **Paid Advertising**: Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximise ROI.
- **Data & Reporting**: Set up clear, actionable reporting systems to track performance, measure ROI, and guide strategy using data insights.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and engineering projects.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the engineering, technical, or B2B sector.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with **HubSpot** CRM and marketing tools.
- A track record of creating successful, data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to translate technical solutions into compelling marketing messages.
