**Job Description**: I am currently looking to recruit a Head of Marketing and Communications for a well-established company in South Bristol but you will sometimes be required to work across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire. This is a permanent role 37.5 hours full-time however Part-time/flexible working options considered. You will receive a salary up to £50,310 depending on experience As the Head of Marketing and Communications you will be responsible for the development and delivery of all the marketing and communications strategy you will lead a small team, working closely with senior leaders to bring our clients vision, brand and services to life. Main Duties - Lead marketing and communications team. - Developing and leading delivery of internal and external communications strategies - Providing strategic communications support and advice across the organisation. - Managing successful delivery of all communications-related contracts and projects. - Developing and guarding the brand and reputation, showcasing our vision, values and services to a range of audiences. - Leading delivery of a communications strategy that ensures our member practices see and understand the value is delivering to them. - Managing successful delivery of communications contracts and looking for future opportunities to develop these in line with our clients business objectives. - Leading delivery of the GP Collaborative Board communications strategy, enabling it to be recognised as the representative body for general practice - Developing and leading communications campaigns that influence stakeholders in line with general practice priorities. - Developing and leading delivery of an internal communications strategy to support the organisational growth. Skills & Experience " Experience of working at a strategic level within a high profile or innovative brand " Experience in developing and delivering strategic internal and external communications strategies " Experience of managing competing priorities and devising improvement processes " Experience of delivering business transformation and change management communications support " Experience of working in complex systems " Experience of translating technical content for different audiences " Experience of leading a team Essential " Knowledge of and recent experience of current developments in the NHS, particularly primary care " Able to lead and coach colleagues on the development of tailored communications in a complex organisation " Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
