With significant growth in the U.S. market, we are expanding our Bristol team to develop the next generation of international event sales leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research high-potential companies across the U.S.
  • Contact business owners and decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Pitch and sell exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities for U.S. events
  • Manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact to close
  • Meet and exceed individual KPIs to fast-track career progression
  • Gain full exposure to the sales and delivery process of international exhibitions
  • Progress into leadership or transition to a U.S.-based role depending on performance

Qualifications

  • Recent graduates, career changers, or early-career professionals
  • Driven, motivated, and excited by personal and professional growth
  • Confident, articulate, and professional in communication
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
  • Interested in relocation and building a global career
  • Based in or near Bristol and able to work U.S. hours (2:00pm – 11:00pm)
  • Previous sales experience is not required
