Location: Bristol (Office-Based)

Salary: £26,000–£29,000 base + uncapped commission

Year 1 OTE: £55,000–£65,000

Top Performers: £70,000–£85,000+

Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–9:00pm (U.S. market hours)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Relocation Pathway: Potential move to a U.S. office after 6–12 months

Role Overview

As an International Sales Associate, you will reach out to U.S. businesses, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and generate new sales opportunities for our American events.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying promising companies across the U.S. market
  • Speaking with business owners and executives via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Qualifying prospects and creating interest in our U.S. exhibitions
  • Scheduling sales appointments for senior team members
  • Supporting outbound campaigns and market development projects
  • Progressing into senior sales or relocating to the U.S. based on performance
