We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Area Facilities Manager to join the team at one of London's largest privately owned real estate firms to work closely with the Facilities Director and support the wider management team. As the Area FacilitiesManager you will be responsible for providing Facilities Management services to designated properties across London.
Your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Managing on site suppliers including but not limited to; Reception, Security, Cleaning & Lifts.
- Reviewing the buildings helpdesks with the reception teams and ensuring all logged jobs are raised/actioned in a timely fashion and completed to the tenant's satisfaction.
- Preparing the service charge budget for each building in conjunction with the FD.
- Updating site documentation with new changes in the buildings.
- Booking Security for out of hours events.
- Be on site to assist with the planned fire evacuations.
- Be available to assist with out of hours emergency call outs.
Please note for this role previous Facilities Management experience is required.
