**Partner with the best**

The Yard Coordinator (d/f/m) is responsible for completing and monitoring all required tasks as directed by the Lead Operator, working as part of a team. The Operator will assist in the day to day running of the process under the direction of the Lead Operator or Shift Lead performing any reasonable task which is asked of them.

As a Yard Coordinator (d/f/m), you will be responsible for:

- Working as part of a team to deliver a clean and tidy yard, managing waste streams
- Leading the team alongside the Site Manager with a positive and safety minded culture
- Ensuring the yard is safe and efficient so that vehicles can move around effectively
- Overseeing the removal of waste from the factory to the appropriate skips
- Ensuing waste is removed from site in a timely manner
- Communicating with waste removal company to organise the removal of specific waste
- Taking ownership of reporting of any accidents/incidents or near misses
- Ensuring that all recording of equipment movements and required documentation is auctioned with company policies and procedures in a timely manner

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a mechanical aptitude and proven experience in a mechanical/manufacturing environment
- Have experience in using hand and power tools
- Holding appropriate certificates for using and operating of lifting equipment - e.g. fork lift licence
- Holding a driver license
- Have written and verbal communication skills, and work effectively with others
