***Join our team as a Project Coordinator
We are looking for a resourceful, dynamic individual to join our Global Department focusing on the supplier partnerships we have across the Globe.
This position would be for an initial 12 months fixed term contract. Located within the vibrant community of Hoults Yard, our modern offices provide an inspiring work environment. Situated on the edge of the Ouseburn Valley, you'll have access to flourishing creative networks, rich local heritage, and a lively social scene.
**The Opportunity**:
Some of your key activities include:
- Evaluate current procedures for managing our in-country partner network, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Establish and implement a documentation management system within SharePoint / internal database system for easy access and efficiency, ensuring all contracts and documents are organised and up-to-date.
- Assist the Partnerships team with various projects and initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as needed.
**About You**:
You will have experience in project coordination, ideally in a **supplier/ partnership** management or within **international payroll.** You will have excellent **organisational** skills and be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently. You will be **timeline** and **deadlines** focused, with strong **communication** skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with both our clients and colleagues.
