Jackson Hogg are delighted to be recruiting a Senior Project Coordinator for a global company based in central Newcastle.

Your key focus will be to provide support to the Head of Operations with the implementation, coordination and delivery of key projects.

You will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple projects of various size and complexity. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organisational and planning skills, be comfortable working to deadlines and ensure a high level ofstakeholder satisfaction. Efficient and clear communication skills are key.

You will be required to support with the production and maintenance of all project documents and will be responsible for coordinating project/progress meetings, the collation of meeting material, detail/action recording and producing regular progress reportsto management. The change management and process improvement projects are not limited to, but are likely to include the following:

- Business planning, tracking and best practice
- Content management to ensure a single point of truth for key collateral
- Campaign and event qualification, tracking and best practice
- Contact management
- Client reporting requirements
- Bid and experience systems, processes, evaluation
- Legal directory submissions
- Internal reporting requirements
- Training
- Budgeting

**Key Skills and Experience**
- MBD experience within an international professional services firm and keen to develop their PM operational skills.
- Highly effective organisational skills capable of prioritising workloads, supporting on multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- A good collaborator, bringing people together across offices and functions to work effectively in teams (both virtually and physically).
- Both strategic and pragmatic; assisting in the delivery of a long-term strategic plan while ensuring a regular delivery of practical improvements.
- A research-based approach, taking the time to understand the pressures faced by both fee earners and business services teams to help prioritise and shape the priorities.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement
