Office Administrator

We are looking to recruit an experienced and self-motivated Office Administrator to work in our Carlisle office.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling of work and engineers
- Collating job sheets from engineers and costing of labour and materials
- Issuing invoices to customers for work completed
- Credit control and chasing of payments
- Checking of invoices received and authorising payment
- Collating timesheets and payroll duties
- Promoting the business online and management of social media accounts
- Identifying new potential business opportunities and communicating these with the management team
Due to the nature of this role and the environment you will be working in, you must be able to work unsupervised and manage your own time and workload.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From £19,760.00 per year
