Logic Business Systems Ltd are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team. In this position, you will oversee our contracts, working closely with management and other areas of the company as and when required.

**Responsibilities for the role of Office Administrator**:

- Answering calls and correspondences
- Updating client contracts
- Checking client contracts
- Welcoming visitors into the building
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Organising filing systems
- Updating office database
- Checking monthly billing
**Skills required for the role of Office Administrator**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident to communicate effectively and accurately with a wide range of people
- Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Data Entry and numerical skills and knowledge
- Ability to use basic accounting software
- Ability to analyse and solve problems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carlisle, CA1 2UT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
