**Job Overview**
Currently seeking a proactive organised individual to provide Admin support to an operational depot. This role involves a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Part time 20 - 25 hours based in Carlisle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain organized filing systems for both paper and digital documents.
- Perform data entry and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing invoices.
- Contribute to team efforts by taking on other administrative duties as needed.

**Skills & attributes**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12,698.40-£15,873.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
