**Job Title**:Rota & Payroll Coordinator

**Hours**:Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

**Salary**:£25,000 per annum

**Location**: Norton Park Head Office for at least 3 days a week, home working other days

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Visualise Scotland and support the effective running of our service rotas and our monthly payroll, enabling the organisation to achieve its strategic goal of excellent service provision.

As a charity providing support to adults living with disabilities, we are looking for a proactive and organised Rota & Payroll Coordinator, who can ensure that staffing needs are met across our services and that our payroll operates smoothly. This is a multi-faceted role and will involve working closely with the Service Management and Finance Teams.

**Areas of Responsibility include**:

- Daily oversight of the Visualise service rotas, ensuring that staffing requirements are fulfilled in the short and medium team
- Liaising with staff across the organisation and with external stakeholders to ensure that shifts are filled
- Ensuring that our Rota software is up-to-date and accurate
- Collating information from staff timesheets and providing information for payroll processing
- Operating as the central point for payroll queries and discrepancies

**About You**

You are a proactive problem solver with experience of managing a rota and an awareness of payroll system. You have good IT skills and the ability to build relationships across an organisation.

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent IT skills, especially with the MS Office package
- Confident working across an organisation
- Experience in managing a rota
- Experience of payroll systems and processes
- Problem solver with proactive and innovative approach to working
- Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
