**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced HR coordinator to join our team. Comfortable with processing payroll and handling large groups of data, this role is at the centre of the HR team helping all our Managers and Employees to have a great experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Coordinate monthly payroll process, working with external payroll providers for each European country
- Manage pensions and benefits for all UK employees liaising with relevant vendors
- Take the lead for all HR system processes in Workday
- Coordinate queries through the HR ticketing system for the full HR team
- Onboard all employees in the Edinburgh Office
- Coordinate screening checks for all UK Employees
- Support the recruitment team with processing contracts and offer letters for new hires
- Support HR projects such as policy drafting, engagement initiatives
- Support with note-taking for Employee relations cases when needed
- Processing invoices for the HR team
- Coordinating HR reports for Managers

**Key Qualifications and Experience**

Essential:

- Payroll administration experience processing the monthly payroll run
- Experience dealing with 3rd party providers
- Extensive Microsoft office experience for efficient administration
- Experience handling confidential data

Desirable:

- Knowledge of Employee Relations processes
- Experience drafting contracts and offer letters
