**Account Executive - POS**

**Hours of Work - Monday to Friday - 37.5 per week.**

We are a leading producer of printed point of sale material. With an enviable blue chip client base made up of high-profile retailers and brands, our aim is to provide a complete service to the client, not available from any competitors.

We are currently in search of a talented and driven individual to join our Client Services team as a POS Account Executive. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Account Manager, on a high-profile account. Working within a fast-paced print production environment, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating keen attention to detail, and maintaining a strong commercial focus.

While previous experience in customer service is preferred, it is essential that you possess a customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with printing processes would be advantageous, although not mandatory. We value a willingness to learn and adapt, particularly in acquiring knowledge of screen, lithographic, and large-format digital printing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager you will:

- **Estimate Job Costs**:

- Evaluate job costs by analysing materials, labour, overheads, and net profit contributions.
- **Commercial Procedure**:

- Adhere to established commercial procedures for administrative tasks, including estimating, cost variations, profit levels, and contributions.
- **Communication & Reporting**:

- Keep the Senior Account Manager informed of any changes to the original brief.
- Provide ongoing feedback on relevant administrative details that may impact the job in progress.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.
- **Documentation & Processing**:

- Process work tickets, ensuring thorough documentation of any alterations and appropriate charges.
- Ensure prompt processing of quotations and work tickets.
- **Working in Partnership and Deadlines**:

- Work with colleagues to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Attend various team briefings as needed.
- **Purchasing & Materials Management**:

- Work closely with the Purchasing Team to order 'one-off' materials, incorporating relevant processes.
- **Scheduling and Follow-Up**:

- Proactively follow up with all relevant departments to ensure the job stays on schedule, especially in the absence of the Senior Account Manager.
- **Supplier Liaison**:

- Consult with outwork suppliers for quoting purposes, as required.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues in all departments.
- **Data Management**
- Prepare various spreadsheets as needed to support job-related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Have attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Have the ability to maintain meticulous records, coordinate project details, and manage workflows ensures efficient project administration.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring that projects stay on track and client expectations are met.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
