**Brief Description of the Role**:
Concorde are seeking a confident, versatile, and experienced Management Accountant to step into our team for Maternity cover between 9 and 12 months.
**Responsibilities will include the following but is not an exhaustive list**:
- Assist in the production of Management Accounts
- Production of cash flow forecasting
- Processing journal postings
- Managing Fixed Assets
- Reviewing and managing accruals and prepayments
- Reconciling control accounts
- Inter-company reconciliations
- Production of Management Accounts information and month end packs
- Experience of all finance roles with the ability to support and advise on purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control functions and manage a team in the absence of the Financial Controller
- Covering other transactional duties when required
- Assist in month end and year end information preparation including Budgets and variances with spend to date for accounts highlighted.
- Assist Financial Controller in being responsible for the security of all customer data within the department.
- Any other tasks as directed by Financial Controller and Directors.
- Adhere to and ensure department adheres to ISO quality & Security Standards
**General Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:
This is a role that involves dealing with our employees, customers, vendors and suppliers on a daily basis. Therefore, outstanding customer service and communication skills are vital.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

**Other desirable attributes include**:
Experience of working in an SME
- Some experience of Great Plains system would be useful
- Qualified or Part Qualified Management Accountant.
