We are currently seeking a dynamic and confident Administrator/Completions Manager to look after our team of Mortgage Brokers. As an integral part of our growing organization, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, while providing exceptional customer service. You will be working closely with the Directors of the Business and Mortgage Brokers.
The role requires someone who can effectively manage their own tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision.

- Outstanding telephone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude even during challenging situations
- Good with numbers
- A good understanding of Excel/Word
- Proficient in accurate spelling is a valued attribute for this position. Attention to detail in written communication is essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls and assisting clients with their enquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
- Liaising with Mortgage and Protection providers, Underwriters and Solicitors
- Managing and organizing the business CRM systems, record keeping
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Provide Buildings and Contents Insurance where needed to our clients
- Providing administrative support to various teams as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel a must)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- The ability to effectively engage and interact with others over the phone is highly valued for this role
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- A thick skin and the ability to handle difficult situations, work under pressure with professionalism
