Qualifications, knowledge and experience:

- Knowledge and experience working within a property maintenance business and working within the response department advantageous.
- Have a proactive approach to both our company and the client.

Responsibilities will be but not limited to:

- Allocating works to depts/appropriate managers
- Inputting new works into our systems
- Inputting works onto client portals
- Assisting with schedulding works to operatives
- Assisting with Work In Progress analysis
- Raising and issuing purchase orders
- The proactive monitoring of customers' experience of our service, providing feedback and suggestions on how we can improve
- Assisting with Accounts department duties
- Raising invoices
- Assisting Managers in administrative duties to provide an efficient, high quality service

**Immediate start available**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
