Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and providing support to staff and clients. This role requires proficiency in data entry, clerical duties, and familiarity with office software, including QuickBooks and Google Suite.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support financial operations by processing invoices using QuickBooks.
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in various office software.
- A positive attitude towards learning new skills and adapting to changing environments.
