We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and provide support on an ongoing basis.

**Responsibilities**:
** **Communicating regularly with our Chelsea Design Centre Showroom and marketing teams
- Identifying marketing needs and opportunities, working with team to develop solutions and recommendations
- Seeing tasks through the approval process and execution
- Develop and manage partnerships with designers and influencers in the UK/EU
- Plan, market and execute high-end showroom and virtual events and marketing campaigns
- Monitor registrations for events and take action to increase the promotion and visibility of events
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with key journalists, influencers, and other key industry stakeholders
- Monitor and report on brand mentions in press and seek out opportunities to share news about our business with key media contacts.

*Respond quickly to media requests to help establish strong working relationships with journalists.
- Assist in developing paid, owned, and earned media plan for UK/EU markets. Work to identify publicity opportunities and secure placements.
- Draft press releases, ensuring our tone of voice and brand narrative are used consistently.
- Collaborate with a small, friendly team to brainstorm new ideas and campaigns.
- Create clear and concise reports pulling out meaningful insights.
- Actively stay on top of industry trends
- Anything else required to support the marketing team.

**Requirements**:
** **A team player, first and foremost
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an excellent grasp of English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- An eye for detail
- Strong drive and ability to understand our branding
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role **(essential)**

** **Experience within the luxury goods / interior design industry would be advantageous

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
