Franchise Marketing Sales for Caremark

Caremark are one of the largest homecare franchisors with over 120 franchise offices operating in the UK and internationally. Our franchisees operate in the heart of their communities as passionate ambassadors of personalised care in customers’ homes. Our services range from providing that little bit of extra help with daily life to the more complex care for conditions like Dementia.
**Summary of this Role**:
- Support the Director of Marketing in delivery of effective marketing programs to attract franchise prospects to achieve company objectives.
- Alongside the Director of Marketing, work closely with the Director of Franchise Recruitment to fully understand the Caremark Franchise opportunity and results of marketing activities.
- Assist in the execution of a variety of marketing initiatives that drive high quality sales leads including the day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions, promotions, and sales support.
- Research and write e-shots, articles, and blogs on relevant industry topics that showcase Caremark as leaders in our field.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build a strategy for franchise lead generation advertising campaigns using Google PPC, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. Work closely with external suppliers and using analysis of our own reporting, ensure we are receiving a good return on investment, making recommendations to move spend when necessary.
- Develop plans and budgets to maximise budget allocation across all marketing activities to attract prospects.
- Plan and implement various marketing campaigns for brand-building and lead generation that align with overall company goals and sales targets
- Proactively gather, analyse and present competitor insights, trends, and data.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
- To create social media pages with a specific message to boost Franchise Recruitment.
- Create video content such as testimonials from franchisees for promotion.
- Coordinate PR activities for increasing franchise sales.
- Update and maintain the website for Franchise Recruitment.
- Coordinate and write articles for e-shots with various franchise portals.
- Any other tasks that the Company may reasonably require you to do from time to time within your capacity and which is necessary for the needs of the business.
**Person Specifications**:
- Degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent is preferable.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in and understanding of Google Adwords campaigns.
- Excellent and engaging copywriter.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.
- Strong computer literacy and highly organised.
- Project management experience.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Appreciation of the sales cycle.
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite of software is advantageous.
