Digital Marketing Coordinator

Set up relevant digital advertising campaigns via detailed analysis of digital advertising campaigns and web traffic, work with the marketing team and external suppliers to continually improve the customer journey and end-user engagement.

**Responsibilities**:
The digital marketing co-ordinator will be responsible for:
**The Caremark Website**
- Take responsibility for the Caremark website in terms of engaging content to include video, accessibility, usability, ease of conversion and SEO performance.
- Update the Caremark website from a national perspective and implement quarterly updates on behalf of our franchise network. Using Google analytics, create monthly reports and work alongside the Director of Marketing to implement improvements where necessary.
- Create landing pages for advertising campaigns and make amendments where necessary to ensure optimum conversions.
- Work alongside the Director of Marketing to manage external suppliers.

**Social Media Channels.**
- Grow and develop our social media pages to become an engaging and fun platform for our target markets.
- Create monthly media schedules for the national pages and for the franchise network that are educational as well as communicative of our core messages. Monitor and reply to comments across our pages and add personality in-line with our brand guidelinesand values. Co-ordinate the franchise network’s admin access for social media pages to enable the Franchise Support Centre to manage all pages from a central basis.
- Work with the Director of Marketing to use budget to boost posts and create advertisements when required. Work alongside the Director of Marketing to manage any external suppliers.

**Google analytics**
- Using Google analytics, provide detailed monthly reports to the Director of Marketing that tracks marketing campaigns, advertising spend and conversions as well as website reporting.

**Digital Advertising**

Working with the Director of Marketing and external suppliers, build a strategy for lead generation advertising campaigns using Google PPC and Facebook. Work closely with external suppliers and using analysis of our own reporting, ensure we are receivinga good return on investment, making recommendations to move spend when necessary.

**Online Job boards**

Make regular updates on our company profile on a variety of online job sites. Coordinate and understand the job posting process with a view to provide support to our franchise network where necessary.

**Intrant / Application**

Make updates when necessary to our internal employee App.

Any other tasks that the Company may reasonable require you from time to time to do any work within your capacity and which is necessary for the needs of the business.

**Person Specifications**:

- Degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Experience in Google Adwords campaigns
- Proficient in MS office and knowledge of Adobe suit is preferable
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Active on social media
- Highly organized
- Strong computer literacy
- Project management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills

**Salary**: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
