**Talent Coordinator | Hybrid/Worthing | £23,000 per annum + bonus (OTE £28,000)**

We at GoGecko are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our own team. Are you a natural people person with good administration skills and attention to detail? Are you ready to learn, adapt, and make a difference to people’s lives? This role would suit a recent graduate or equivalent who is eager to learn and has great interpersonal skills. You will be able to work hybrid and being in commuting distance to Worthing will help your training and enable you to join us on client visits.

**What will you be doing as a Talent Coordinator?**
- The main focus of this role is building strong relationships with the Sussex talent market (job seekers)
- You will be getting involved with engaging with existing clients and understanding their needs
- You will also put together job adverts and help market them on our website, social media and job boards
- Administration of the whole talent process and keeping the database up to date

**What are we looking for in a Talent Coordinator?**
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
- Great attention to detail
- Good research skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop
- A can-do attitude and able to take initiative for projects and work
- Able to work independently
- Some marketing and or sales experience is highly desirable but more important is the willingness to learn
