We are now looking for an Online Delivery Co-ordinator to join us on a permanent, full time basis.

**The Role**
As an Online Delivery Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in our Online Team, co-ordinating our deliveries, as well providing support for our click and collect delivery system.
Working across departments and utilising offline and online stock management systems, you will pick and collate orders for delivery and collection maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure a seamless delivery service.
Where necessary you will respond to enquiries over the phone or face-to-face, ensuring that our customers receive a fantastic customer experience.
Additionally, you will also engage with suppliers, ensuring that our store remains fully stocked and able to fulfil customer orders.
**About You**
To be considered as an Online Delivery Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Retail experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to take ownership of your own workstream with a high degree of flexibility
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- To have good attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
Ideally, you will have experience in using offline and online stock management systems.
