**The Role**

Working as part of the Central Services team, you will deliver a broad range of services across the agency. You’ll be an integral part of an enthusiastic team, working at the front-end of a busy operation. This role would suit you if you are someone with a confident, warm personality, with a genuine passion for supporting a busy, creative team.

**Key Responsibilities Include**
- Ensuring the smooth running of front-of-house activity, common facilities, and supplies.
- Providing administration support to all levels of the business.
- Providing efficient and professional handling of freelance arrangements and visitors.
- Providing team support such as co-ordinating meeting room schedules, organising events and team functions.
- Co-ordination of car hire bookings and other travel arrangements.
- Co-ordination of office security and health and safety requirements.
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

**Experience/Attributes**
- High level of personal credibility and ability to engage with all levels within the business and build strong relationships.
- A good communicator.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
- Resourceful and able to work well under pressure.
- Experience of working with remote-based teams and processes.
- Experience of working within the design/agency industry is desirable.
**Core Skillset**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working with collaboration platforms, such as Microsoft Teams.
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organisation and administration skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
**Desirable Skillset**
- Emergency First Aid At Work qualification (training may be provided).
- Fire Marshal qualification (training may be provided).

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
