Job Description**We are delivering** a creative and digital skills programme for 16-24 year olds who are not in education, employment or training. Tackling youth unemployment and helping England to build back better as part of the national recovery, the programme will support young people onto long-term, education, work and training opportunities in the creative and digital sectors.
We are looking for experienced facilitators that are proactive, compassionate and driven to support our goal of improving social mobility through training individuals who need extra support to access the world of work. Due to the nature of this role, knowledge and experience of the issues vulnerable young people is essential.
We seek a diverse workforce and therefore are open to a range of backgrounds and experience however seek an individual who is proactive, organised and resilient to deal with the varying demands of the role.
Main Duties & Accountabilities
- Deliver and facilitate existing training in an engaging and interactive manner
- Remain up to date with the latest developments in digital and creative sector and its relationship with apprenticeships, labour market, and online learning into the training.
- Ensure that the training elements are relevant to, and accessible to, a wide range of young people.
- Work with the Training & Curriculum Manager and wider team to monitor training success, incorporating feedback as and when it occurs and ensure that the training remains dynamic and engaging.

You will be working in a national team to ensure the project successfully engages young people with barriers to engagement.
**To succeed in this role, you will have**:
- Passion to support young people in achieving their goals and experience of successfully delivering engaging training programmes for young people
- Ability to develop strong relationships with young people and partners
- Strong interpersonal skills. Approachable, adaptable and supportive to the range of stakeholders involved in this programme.
- Ability to develop strong rapport
- Ability to positively challenge mind-sets

Qualifications**QUALIFICATIONS**
A relevant teaching/training qualification or extensive practical experience of facilitating training online
**KNOWLEDGE**
An insight into the digital and technology sector
Awareness of key employability skills
An understanding of digital apprenticeships and entry-level IT jobs
**EXPERIENCE**
Experience of delivering creative training programmes that deliver successful outcomes.
Experience of working with young people.
**SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Ability to engage with disaffected learners from a variety of backgrounds
- To be highly competent in delivering learning and skills programmes to groups and individuals
- High level written and verbal communication skills to communicate with learners.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and motivate change in both adult and young people’s behaviour.
- Able to work in a multi-agency context, with people at all levels.
- Ability to be solution focussed and innovative.
Ability to consistently record work and meet monitoring and evaluation requirements.
