*Please note: this position is for the local London, England area, and only those applicants completing the required assessments and phone recording will be considered for this position. The position is mainly remote with some in-person workshops in the greater London area.

Position Overview: Do you love facilitating workshops? Are you passionate about continuing to improve your facilitation skills? Are you someone who enjoys relentlessly working on mastering the craft of facilitation? We are looking for outgoing and passionate facilitators excited to be a contractor that is more of a partner.

Responsibilities

Facilitation Expertise: Lead dynamic and interactive training programs and workshops, in-person in the London market, and virtually, ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience.

Content Delivery: Put in the necessary prep time to deliver the "RFG way" and receive strong facilitator feedback scores. Effectively communicate principles, theories, and practical applications to diverse audiences, fostering an environment of active participation and knowledge retention.

Participant Engagement: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation and fostering meaningful discussions among participants.

Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to address unexpected changes or challenges during program delivery.

*More and more clients are requesting onsite program delivery. Facilitator will be asked to travel to London or the surrounding area to facilitate onsite when contract opportunity arise.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years facilitating for Fortune 500 Companies.
  • Strong understanding of leadership principles, organizational dynamics, and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually
  • Ability to tailor content to various audience levels and organizational contexts by bringing in experience.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

An overview of the selection process:

  • Interested candidates answer the 3 questions via voice recording, take the communication assessment and apply.
  • RFG selects individuals for a RFG position overview group call.
  • RFG schedules individual interviews with top candidates. Interview to include short facilitation demo of your own content/program.
  • RFG extends contract offer to selected candidate(s). This opportunity is available on a US 1099 contract basis.
