Head of Facilitation and Education
to oversee and manage our facilitator team and education programmes tackling misogyny, gender inequality and gender-based violence in schools.

Bold Voices are hiring a Head of Facilitation and Education to oversee and manage our facilitator team and education programmes in schools. In joining Bold Voices you will be part of a dynamic social impact organisation, working on the ground to change attitudes and work towards a world where young people receive an education free from misogyny, gender inequality and gender-based violence. This is a senior role within the team and you will be responsible for leading our facilitator team and delivering our education in schools. In this role you will be reporting to our CEO and Founder and working alongside members of the Bold Voices team including our Head of Operations, Head of Projects and DSO and our freelance facilitator team. This role is mostly on the ground, with an average of 2 days a week in schools.
