**The Opportunity**
We are a small, friendly team with this opportunity arising due to one of our team sadly leaving us to travel.
**The Role**
Work with other members of the admin and sales team to ensure that day -to-day activity and priorities are completed.
Use Sage 200 to produce and process all incoming and outgoing sales and purchasing documents.
Liaise with overseas suppliers.
Receive, inspect and book-in stock from overseas suppliers.
Fulfil customer orders from preparation, dispatching of stock to credit control.
Ensure all paperwork is fully compliant.
Support the sales team with related customer queries and the finance department with credit control.
This role is varied and this profile is not exhaustive.
This role is based at our head office working both within the office and our stock rooms.
Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Energetic and self
- motivated.
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines to fulfil customer requests.
Have excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with customer needs with tact and diplomacy in all written and verbal communications.
Have a proven record of establishing strong relationships.
**Qualifications**
A good level of education is required with passes in English and Maths.
Experience in Administration is preferable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
