**Sales Operations Coordinator**:
Official Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Flexibility may be required for home-working days based on business needs.

**As a Sales Operations Coordinator you will**
- Collaborate with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage and track sales opportunities through to completion
- Process contracts accurately and efficiently
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal team members
- Logging and tracking sales requests and orders on internal systems
- Other administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the Sales Operations department

**In order to set you up for success we are looking for the following skills;**
- Experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A want to learn
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- No prior experience in sales required
