Join Ecolab’s sales team as a **District Adminstrator**, based in Northwich, Cheshire / remote working, this support role plays a key role in helping our sales, service and field-based associates in their task to support our customers. You will offer expertise on daily operations to optimise our field team’s ability to perform to their best in making the world a cleaner, safer and healthier

**What You Will Do**:

- Provide administration and office support to a team of remote-based personnel
- Telephone support for clients and from an internal team of sales and service people
- Management of office supplies
- Facilitates financial administration - Acts as a liaison between credit and field sales to resolve: credit disputes, late payments, price discrepancies, PO discrepancies and delivery inconsistencies.
- Data reporting: provides support for budget planning and forecasting, coordinates customer seminars, coordinates district and regional meetings, tracks holiday, training and illness and administers car tracking devices.

**What you need**:

- School leaving certificate (GCSE) with Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent
- Familiarity and proficiency with SAP.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong typing and word processing skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Good written and oral communication skills
