Compliance Administrator

**Location**: Northwich - Hybrid working (3 days in the office per week)

**Duration**: 9 months

**Pay rate**: £13.33 per hour (26k per annum) PAYE

The Compliance Administrator is responsible for auditing, logging and storing crucial documentation and certificates to keep both the company and customers fully compliant with the HSE L8 Approved Code of Practice legislation.

**What you’ll do**:

- Administrational support and organisation for the division
- Imputing data into bespoke software using various computer systems
- Provide guidance and support to the personnel
- Preparation and analysis of reports for inclusion into a bi-monthly Executive Summary for senior management

**What you’ll need**:

- Ability to work closely with other teams.
- Auditing skills and a very keen eye for detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyse excel data essential.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- No in-depth knowledge of legionella legislation is required, training is given in-house.
- Awareness of chemical sales and / or manufacturing is preferable but not essential.
