I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a successful and well-established company based in Solihull on a temporary to ongoing contract with an immediate start. The company are at an exciting point as they are going through a period of growthand they are looking for an ambitious individual to support their HR needs.
**HR Administrator**
**Solihull - Hybrid way of working - 3 days office, 2 days at home**
**Temporary - Ongoing**
**£12.00 - £14.00**
**Monday to Friday**
**8:30am - 5pm, 1:30pm Friday finish.**:
- I am looking for someone who has previous HR Administration or HR experience for this busy fast paced role. _
HR Administrators duties will include:
- Supporting with HR Administration and general HR function
- Maintaining employee records through the employee life cycle
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed by HR functions
- Processing holiday/ absence and reporting on this
- Assisting with the administration for the department, including the recruitment process for example new starter packs, worker checks, contracts
- Reporting on DBS/ Credit Checks where necessary
- Preparing and organising employee documents and data where required
**Requirements**:
- Prior HR / HR Administration experience
- Strong Administration experience
- Computer literate - able to use Microsoft Softwares
- Excellent communication skills - verbally and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team and individually
- Able to use own initiative
