We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our Manufacturing client, who have a Head Office based on the outskirts of Solihull. This is a full-time, 12 month FTC role offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits. Ideally you willbe a recent graduate or have considerable experience within a HR setting.

You will be working with a small but supportive HR Team, effectively managing the administration and co-ordination of tasks for the team(s) in such a way that administration deadlines are met, documentation is correctly filed, and administration is clearand accurate. The role liaises with the ExPA to co-ordinate HH office - facilities requirements, ordering supplies, supporting Quality,H&S and IT as requested.

This is an incredibly important role to the company moving forwards and the ability to work at a fast and changing pace is Key.

Main Duties of the HR Administrator role include:

- Complete life cycle administration using template documents including offer letters, contracts, pay reviews, bonus administration, leavers administration co-ordinating through the line manager wherever practical
- Support and co-ordinate training activities, administering suppliers’ contracts, monitoring attendance, feedback, and evaluation.
- Support the Company Secretary with the provision and administration of company Insurance andemployee benefits such as private healthcare, pension
- Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement within the Group to meet stretching financial and performance targets, including the implementation of lean methodology

To be considered for the role of HR Administrator you will have:

- Excellent academics and proof of ongoing professional training. (CIPD3)
- Have experience within a HR department or be a recent graduate
- Strong commercial approach to decision making
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multitude of different personalities.
