Our group of companies includes an education consultancy, an English language school, a recruitment agency, a visa consultancy, a mail forwarding business etc. Headquartered in London and with offices in the UAE, India and the Philippines, we are growing fast and are looking for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant for our Managing Director. Based in our London office, this role is essential for the companies of the group to be run efficiently and effectively. The role is extremely varied and is ideal for an enthusiastic administrator or PA looking to take on broader challenges.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Providing PA support to the Managing Director, including diary management, arranging transport, organising events etc.
- Ordering stationery and supplies
- Managing vendors
- Liaising with the building manager
- Admin tasks such as payroll and pensions calculations (training will be provided)
- Communication with universities and colleges
- Screening applicants for various positions
- General facilities management including liaising with cleaners, and insuring the office is presentable at all times

**Experience / skills required**
- Demonstrable experience working in a busy and varied administration role
- Positive, warm, and engaging personality, you are the first point of contact for our clients visiting or calling the agency
- Pro-active self-starter, able to work independently
- Highly organised and experienced in multitasking
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build & maintain relationships
- Able to work under pressure
- Good IT skills, including using MS Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook etc)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
