The Role
Purpose of the Role
This role forms an integral part of the Christie & Co Corporate Pubs and Restaurants Team and will support the Team with comprehensive research of data sources and use of data tools.
To become the person responsible for the records in our Customer Relationship Management System, IBIS, ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date for pubs & restaurants in the UK.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing records within IBIS;
- Using data sources to ensure the data is up to date including Google, social media, in-house databases and online resources;
- Merging duplicated records into one record;
- Removing records that are no longer valid or update them as required;
- Adding records where required;
- Liaising with the wider team to ensure that essential property and financial data is input on Ibis
- Collating information for team to set up appointments;
- Gathering information from team following appointments to update IBIS;
- Ensuring that the IBIS system holds high-quality, reliable data and can be used for data analytics purposes.
- Researching multiple platforms for information pertaining to current Pub/ restaurant owners
Working Relationships and Contacts
You will report direct to the Managing Director - Pubs & Restaurants and will have direct contact with the wider team.

- GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above in Maths and English;

- Knowledge of the property industry;
