Permanent role
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Leeds city centre - office-based role, however, can offer Hybrid working 2 days from home and 3 days in the office
**About the Role**
- Co-ordinate data entry, using management information (MI) Systems
- Carry out compliance checks that support the company in successfully delivering its contracts and services
- Working part of a busy team with data entry, customer facing and office admin duties
- Inputting and maintain information and data on the system is accurate
- Ensuring contractual compliance requirements of evidence and data is maintained to the highest standard
- Liaise closely with employability and training staff and where the required external delivery partner organisations, highlighting any data errors and or/non-compliance of required evidence
- Manage the collection, recording and storage of data in line with Data protection, GDPR and funder requirements
- Support office admin, including filing, photocopying, scanning and co-ordination of documents and data relevant to the contracts
- Answer telephone calls, take messages
- Welcoming participants and visitors, arranging training courses, meetings
- Help to prepare with the team for internal and external monitoring and audit requirements
- Must have used Word and Excel
- Good standard of English
- Clear and friendly communication skills
- Must have worked in an office in a busy environment
- Great organisational skills
- Must have experience with data input, compliance checks
- The role involves In person Interaction with learners and clients coming into the centre, so must be able to switch from admin to customer services
